why we offer these treatments
Although Celebrity Skin has been offering these 20 Minute Treatments services for over 20 years, they may be news to you!
When I created these services, I was a young mother of 2 toddlers, working full time. I had very little time (actually no time) to have anything done for myself. I realized many people were in the same boat. Even if they did not have children, they were still busy with their careers, etc. and needed to get in and out quickly.
I also realized skincare treatments are not cheap. I was happy I was in the industry (one of the many reasons why I became an aesthetician) so I did not have to pay full price! I realized time is money and some people did not need the “consultation, enzymes, steam, extractions or mask/light therapy” part of my clinical facials. (Not to be confused with congested skin/blackheads or active acne where the Acne Deep Pore Cleansing Chemical Peel Facial + Light Therapy + Light Treatment is ideal to speed up progress and maximize results).
Many people just need and want the clinical part of the treatment that produces visible results. By reducing these treatments down to a peel or dermaplaning or a combination of both, I can still help people with their skin texture, hyperpigmentation, acne, scarring and fine lines for a lesser price doing so efficiently and WITHOUT reducing results.
20 minute treatment service options
chemical peel
A chemical peel is a topical chemical formula (glycolic, salicylic, retinoic, mandelic, retinoic acid or some combination) that exfoliates skin cells from the inside out at a deeper level, targeting skin concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and texture. Light/Superficial/Progressive Chemical Peels have little to no downtime. Often paired with oxygenation, microdermabrasion or dermaplane.
dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a mechanical exfoliating treatment that removes peach fuzz and the outer most layers of dead skin cells using a medical grade scalpel that leaves the skin immediately smooth, supple and vibrant instantly! No pain. No downtime. Just results. Often paired with chemical peels and or oxygenation.
microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a mechanical exfoliating treatment (a device that uses crystals to gently abrade skin) that removes dead skin cells leaving skin looking and feeling smoother, brighter and polished instantly! No pain. No downtime. Just results. Often paired with chemical peels and or oxygenation.
Oxygenation
This treatment is great for dull, dry lackluster skin that has been overloaded with toxins. Better yet, Oxygenation is great for all skin types and is truly essential! Oxygenation works well with acne prone skin as bacteria cannot survive in an oxygenated environment. It helps improve your moisture levels, helps heal blemishes and improves overall radiance. It is safe for pregnant/lactating women. Best of all? No Pain! No Downtime! Perfect for a special event! Always paired with other treatments such as chemical peel, dermaplaning, or microdermbrasion.
